For users purchasing our product(s):

If you purchase product from our site, we ask for the minimum information necessary to complete the payment transaction, and ship the product to you. We use the payment gateway provider Stripe ( https://stripe.com/ca/privacy#security-and-retention) to handle payments as well as PayPal (https://www.paypal.com/ca/webapps/mpp/ua/privacy-full).These payment gateway providers handle your personal payment information in different ways but they are both PCI-DSS compliant. No payment information is saved on the Redblock website.

Purchaser address and shipping tracking information will also be communicated to our shipper ShipBob for purposes of fulfillment of the order. This information is communicated through a secure website portal utilizing https encryption. The shipping database is controlled by us, so address information can be deleted or edited on request.

Your Rights and Choices

How you can see or change your account Personal Data. If You would like to review, correct, or update Personal Data that You have previously disclosed to us, You may do so by contacting us.

Your data protection rights. Depending on your location and subject to applicable law, you may have the following rights with regard to the Personal Data we control about you:

  • The right to request confirmation of whether Redblock processes Personal Data relating to you, and if so, to request a copy of that Personal Data;
  • The right to request that Redblock rectifies or updates your Personal Data that is inaccurate, incomplete or outdated;
  • The right to request that Redblock erase your Personal Data in certain circumstances provided by law;
  • The right to request that Redblock restrict the use of your Personal Data in certain circumstances, such as while Redblock considers another request that you have submitted (including a request that Redblock make an update to your Personal Data); and
  • The right to request that we export to another company, where technically feasible, your Personal Data that we hold in order to provide Services to you.

Where the processing of your Personal Data is based on your previously given consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You may also have the right to object to the processing of your Personal Data on grounds relating to your particular situation.

Process for exercising data protection rights. In order to exercise your data protection rights, you may contact Redblock as described in the Contact Us section below. We take each request seriously. We will comply with your request to the extent required by applicable law. We will not be able to respond to a request if we no longer hold your Personal Data. If you feel that you have not received a satisfactory response from us, you may consult with the data protection authority in your country.

Personal Information Retention

Redblock will retain user information (name, postal address, telephone number, email address) in our website database for two years unless this policy conflicts with federal or state tax filing laws.

Do Not Track Disclosure

We do not support Do Not Track (“DNT”). Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked.

You can enable or disable Do Not Track by visiting the Preferences or Settings page of your web browser.

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services and/or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

Only persons age 18 or older have permission to access our Service. Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 (“Children”).

If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from a children under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
