Our products can be returned within 15 days of the date of receipt of the
product (delivery date confirmed by UPS). A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

* The product was received by you within the last 15 days

* The product is in its original packaging

* The product isn’t used or damaged

* You have the receipt or proof of purchase

* You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us


Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.


Please follow these steps:

  1. If you wish to return your Redblock shower niche, contact us at to obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMN). We will email a pre-paid UPS shipping label to you.
  2. Place the Redblock shower niche in it’s original packaging and affix the pre-paid shipping label to the package. Along with the product, insert a legible copy of the receipt (or proof of
    purchase), the RMN number, and a note indicating whether you want to refund, or exchange the product (and if so, what other product you want to order).
  3. Seal the box, and send.

Shipping charges

We offer free shipping on all legitimate returns of our product. The shipping label we email you will be a UPS pre-paid label, so you will not be charged.
