We will issue a refund under the following conditions:
- The product is shipped back to us within 15 days of the purchase date.
- The product is in its original packaging.
- The product was received at our warehouse in acceptable condition (at our discretion).
The return shipping cost must be paid by the customer unless the product was delivered in damaged or defective condition (see below).
Damaged or defective items
If you can provide verification that the product was damaged during shipping, we will provide you with a full refund, and cover your return shipping costs. Please notify us immediately at [email protected] if this is the case.
Please follow these steps to Return your Redblock Product:
- Place the product in its original packaging.
- Seal the box.
- Attach address label (address below) and arrange shipping with any standard carrier of your choice.
- Send us an email at [email protected] indicating the reason for your return, and the shipping details (carrier, tracking #). We will issue the refund upon receipt and inspection.
